1-15oz can Tomato Sauce
1/2 -cup Light Brown Sugar
1/4-cup White Vinegar
1 tsp- Prepared Mustard
2-lb-Ground Lean Beef
1/2-lb. Ground Pork
2 Eggs-Slightly Beaten
1/2- cup Fine, Soft, Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp.-Salt
1/4 tsp.-Pepper

Directions:

Mix together tomato sauce, vinegar and mustard. Mix together remaining ingredients and one cup of the sauce mixture. Pack into 1 1/2 qt. casserole, or hand -form loaf and place in a larger baking dish. Pour 1/4 cup of sauce over the top. Remaining sauce may be heated and used when serving meat loaf. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Let cool before slicing.

I usually make meat loaf couple of hours before serving so that it does crumble when slicing. But if it does crumble it is still yummy.
