2 lb. Frozen Hash browns
1/2 cup Melted Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1-8 oz. Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Spread potatoes in pan. Let thaw. Mix other ingredients together. Pour over potatoes. May top with butter crumbs. Bake at 350 for one hour.
