Potatoes:
4 cups peeled, cubed and cooked sweet potatoes (about 4-5 potatoes)
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
½ cup milk
⅓ cup mayonaise

Topping:
1 cup copped pecans
1 cup brown sugar
⅓ cup flour
⅓ cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mash cooked potatoes with a mixer.
Add sugar, salt, eggs, mayo, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour into a greased casserole dish.
In a bowl, combine topping ingredients, sread over casserole.
Bake at 375º for 25 min.
