(2) 16 oz cans pork and beans
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp mustard
8 slices bacon - cut in small pieces
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and pile into a 3 quart casserole and top with 2 additional slices bacon. Cover and bake 1 hour in 325º oven. Remove cover and bake 10 minutes.

I like this way better.
Fry bacon. Take out slices of bacon, put in onion and cook till clear. Add beans and other ingredients. Cook until it begins to boil. Put in casserole, top with bacon and bake for about 15 minutes at 325º
