1 13 ¾ oz. can chicken broth
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled, cut in ½" chunks
⅔ c. chopped onion
6 c. shredded cabbage (packed)
1 lb. cooked smoked sausage diagonally cut in ½" slices
1 large Golden Delicious or firm apple, cut in ½" pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Stir chicken broth and mustard in deep skillet until blended. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add potatoes and onion, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook about 5 minutes, shaking pan occasionally until potatoes are almost tender.
Add cabbage and sausage.
Cover and cook about 15 minutes longer, stirring once or twice until potatoes are tender and cabbage is crisp tender.
Stir in apple pieces.
Cover and simmer 3 minutes until apples are crisp tender.
