bacon drippings or Crisco©

Salt chicken pieces.
Turn in flour well.
Fry in ⅛"-¼" bacon drippings - or Crisco© at about 325º -350º until well browned on all sides.

*Crisco© is fine for frying but bacon drippings give a better flavor.
