5 lb. hen
1 large can pimentos
10-12 oz. package noodles
1 lb. Velvetta© cheese, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. green peas (English)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil hen until done. Bone and cut into small pieces. Cook noodles in chicken broth, drain off excess juice.
To noodles add, pimentos, cut up cheese, peas, mushroom soup and chicken.
Mix well and pour into baking dish.
Bake in 350º oven for 45 minutes.

Side note: You can use 1 package frozen peas and two cans of mushroom soup.

Good to freeze!
