1 cup vegetable oil
1 ½ cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
½ tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 ½ cups flour
1 ¼ cups milk
½ tsp baking soda
1 3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding
1 ½ tsp baking powder
⅓ cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
In a mixing bowl, combine oil, sugar, vanilla, eggs, salt, and cinnamon.
Add flour, milk, soda, pudding, baking powder, and walnuts. Mix well.
Grease 2 large loaf pans and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Pour bread mixture into pans and sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake 60 min.

Remember friendship bread where someone gave you a starter and you had to let it sit on the counter for days and then split it (to give to a friend) and use the rest to make your bread??? Well, this recipe is just as good and you don't need the starter!
