c. oleo
2 squares chocolate
2 beaten eggs
tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. confectioners sugar (may need a little more)

Melt together oleo and chocolate over low heat or in microwave.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Gradually pour chocolate mixture into 2 beaten eggs, beating constantly.
Stir in salt and vanilla.
Gradually stir in about 3 c. confectioners sugar - more if necessary to give a good spreading consistency.
You can add chopped nut meat if you want.
Spread between layers and on top and sides of cake.

*If you bake cake in 9X12X2 inch pan - just use 1 egg and cut back a little on the powdered sugar.
