1 cup all purpose flower
1 cup cornmeal
2/3 cup white sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in egg, milk, and oil.
Pour into one 9 round greased pan, or greased muffin pan (makes 12 muffins).
Bake 20-25 min.
