1 teaspoon olive oil
1 large onion chopped, about 1 cup
1 pound lean ground beef
3/4 cup chop green bell pepper
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 14 1/2-oz can chicken broth
2 cups spaghetti sauce from a jar
8 ounces elbow macaroni
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oil over medium-high heat in an extra-deep, 12-inch non-stick skillet w/ lid. Add chopped onion. Add the beef & raise heat to high. Cook, stirring frequently, until browned, about 5 minutes. Add chopped green pepper & garlic. Saute 1 - 2 minutes. Add the chicken broth, spaghetti sauce & macaroni, mix well. Cover skillet, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium & cook at a moderate boil, stirring occasionally 10-12 minutes. Top w/Parmesan cheese.
