3/4 cup low-fat sour cream
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon or 2 teaspoons dried
3-4 C diced cooked chicken
3/4 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/4 cup chopped walnuts plus some extra for serving
red leaf lettuce for serving

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and tarragon. Add chicken, walnuts and grapes, toss to coat. Line a serving platter with lettuce. Spoon salad over lettuce, sprinkle with walnuts.
