8 ounces shredded cheddar
2 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
5 green onions, chopped
1 jar Armour dried beef, chopped
1 cup chopped nuts, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheeses and onion, along with some of the diced dried beef. Form into a ball and roll in remaining beef or nuts. Serve with crackers.
