10-oz frozen peas & carrots
1/2 - 1 pound bacon
1/2 - 3/4 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 C sliced celery & green pepper
1/2 C chopped onion (if desired)
1 1/2 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook peas in water to cover until crisp-tender; drain. Fry bacon until crisp; drain. Layer lettuce, peas, celery, pepper, & onion in large bowl or flat serving dish. Combine mayonnaise & sugar; pour over top. Sprinkle with cheeses. Top with crumbled bacon. Cover and chill overnight.
