- 500g dried split fava beans
- 2 bunch of green onion
- 2 bunch of green coriander
- Half tsp. of Baking powder
-1 tsp of salt
- Half tsp of red pepper powder
- Frying oil

Directions:
Directions:
1- Soak the dried split fava beans in water for 24 hours.
2- Mix the green onion, fava beans, and green coriander in the food processor until the mixture becomes soft.
3- Add the salt, red pepper powder and the Baking powder to the mixture (This step should occur before frying)
4- Heat the oil
5- Form the falafel mixture into small balls
6- Fry it in the oil until both sides are brown (Should take around 2-3 min per side)

You can eat your falafel with bread, tomato, cucumber and Humus.
