1 1/2 c. Milk
1 stick of butter
3/4c. Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 pkg rapid rise yeast
4 eggs
6 c. Flour

Filling:
2 lbs browned ground beef cooked with taco seasoning
1 large can of re-fried beans
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Shredded cheese
Sour cream

Dough:
Heat butter and milk together until butter is completely melted. Remove from heat. Add yeast and sugar, beat eggs and add to mixture. Slowly add flour and salt to make dough. Knead. 3-5 min let rise about 30 min or doubles in size. After the dough has risen, punch down and tear into tennis ball-sized pieces - 10 balls. Flour counter and roll out to a 7 inch circle. In a large skillet heat oil about 2 inches deep, fry dough on both sides. Drain on paper towel. Layer filling ingredients and enjoy!
