1 head of cabbage
1 lb. ground chuck
½ lb. ground pork
⅓ c. rice, cooked
1 sm. Onion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, chopped
½ packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Salt & pepper
1 med. (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 cans water
Skinless Sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Remove core and boil cabbage head until tender.

Bring rice in pan with water to a boil and turn off. Let sit.

Chop up an onion and garlic finely.

Mix meat, onion, garlic, onion soup mix (sprinkled for flavor) & rice with water in bowl. Add water if needed. Mix well!

Roll meat in cooked cabbage leaves. Roll one side and then the other side.

Line them in a pan and pour tomato sauce with water on top.

Cook low for 2-3 hours on stove.


Skinless Sausage:

Rinse. Put in pan with a little water and roast in oven at 300 degrees. Turn over after an hour.

Shut the oven off when done and leave until ready to use.

Mix together or serve seperately.
