2-3 lbs Pork Shoulder, diced into large chunks
2 c. Green Chilies
1 Onion, coarsley chopped
6 Tomatillos, coarsely chopped
10 Jalapenos, diced
3 Habaneros, diced
3 c. Broth
5 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 tbsp. Red Pepper Flakes
2 tbsp. Cumin
1 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Flour, or to preference

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut pork into large chunks, place in crockpot.

2. Process 1 cup green chilies until smooth.

3. Add all ingredients to crockpot except the flour.

4.. Cook on low for 8 hours.

5. Shred large chunks of meat if desired, depending if you like shredded meat or cubed.

6. Add flour slowly, until desired consistency is achieved.

7. Serve with sour cream, cheese, or guacamole over rice, burritos, or with tortillas.

Use less jalapenos, habaneros, and/or red pepper flakes if you want a less spicy version.
