Ingredients:  
32 oz frozen hash brown potatoes (simply shreds)
1/c C finely chopped green pepper
1/c C finely chopped onion
1 can Cream of Potato soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
8 oz sour cream.
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 C grated Cheddar cheese, separated. Mix ½ c with above ingredients…add ½ c after first hour of baking.



Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes.
Mix all ingredients.
Pam or butter 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Bake 325º for 1 hour
Take out of oven, add ½ c grated cheese to top, and bake an additional 15 minutes.
