Beef tenderloin 4 - 6 oz steaks
3 large sweet onions
12 garlic cloves minced
1 TBS olive oil and butter
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1 loaf baguette sliced
6 oz goat cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Carmelize onions in large sauté pan for 30 min in oil and butter on medium low heat.
Brush meat with olive oil salt and pepper Grill on medium heat 5-7 min on each side.remove and let rest. Cut into thin slices. Bake baguette slices on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray on both sides at 400º for 10 min.
Assemble the crostini, spread with goat cheese, top with meat and a spoonful of onion.

We have served this at many parties. Sometimes I just roast the whole tenderloin in the oven and slice thin.
