Beef tenderloin 4 - 6 oz steaks
3 large sweet onions
12 garlic cloves minced
1 TBS olive oil and butter
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1 loaf baguette sliced
6 oz goat cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Carmelize onions in large sautÚ pan for 30 min in oil and butter on medium low heat.
Brush meat with olive oil salt and pepper Grill on medium heat 5-7 min on each side.remove and let rest. Cut into thin slices. Bake baguette slices on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray on both sides at 400║ for 10 min.
Assemble the crostini, spread with goat cheese, top with meat and a spoonful of onion.

We have served this at many parties. Sometimes I just roast the whole tenderloin in the oven and slice thin.
