Ingredients:  
2lb beef short ribs dredged with ½ cup of flour
Brown @500º for 20 minutes.
Watch carefully

Sauté in 3 TBS of margarine:
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped

Add:
1 10oz can beef bouillon
1 cup red wine
¼ tsp thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in pan.
Pour mix over ribs,
cover and bake 350º for 2 hrs.

Last 20 minutes add I pkg of fresh mushrooms
