1 71/2 oz can Alaska King Crab0r 6oz package frozen Alaska King Crab*
2T. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
6 English muffins halved buttered
1 8oz.can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp oregano crushed
1/8 tsp garlic salt
Parmesan Cheese
Chopped green onions and parsley


* Keep some larger leg pieces for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Drain or defrost crab meat.Drain. Hold out a few crab legs for garnish
Chop and combine crab with mayonnaise,salt and pepper
Butter muffin halves and spread with crab mixture.
Add oregano and garlic salt to tomato sauce and spread over each pizza.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Garnish with chopped green onion,olives leg pieces of crab and parsley
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 5-7 minutes

Serve with steaming cups of soup to complete the menu.
