1 Whole Chicken (Cut into pieces)
2 Eggs
1 C. Milk
Enough flour seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder to coat all chicken pieces.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk egg and milk together in a dish.
2. Coat chicken pieces in seasoned flour mixture.
3. Then dip floured pieces into egg mixture
4. Coat again in flour mixture.

5. In a large skillet or deep fryer heat enough oil ( to cook all chicken) until hot on medium hot burner
(but not smoking.)
6. Place chicken in oil and fry until cooked on one side then turn to cook on the other side,
cook until completely cooked inside and golden brown.

Cooking on too high of heat will cause chicken to burn. Turning chicken too often will cause breading to fall off.
