5 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 - 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1½ tsp. vanilla

Topping
1 pt. sour cream
½ c. sugar
1½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven 300ºF.

Grease 9x13 pan.

Mix eggs one at a time with cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Pour on graham cracker crust.

Bake for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes.

Mix topping and pour on top. Bake for 5 more minutes.

After adding each egg, mix in mixer on medium speed for 5 - 7 minutes per egg. This is the secret to the cheesecake.
