Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I make my partially cooked meatballs in large batches, and store them in the freezer in a ziplock bag. Just place partially cooked meatballs on an unlined cookie sheet and freeze in a single layer overnight then place them in the bag. They taste much better than those from the store. You can add sausage or other filler if you like them prepared this way. Fast and easy method of cooking & freezing, with the added bonus of knowing exactly what is in your meat!
