1½ lb. Bulk Sausage
Peeled, Sliced Potatoes
3 Tbs. Flour
Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder (to taste)
Sliced Longhorn Cheese
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown and drain sausage.
2. Grease a deep casserole dish.
3. Layer, sausage, potatoes slices, flour, seasonings slices of longhorn cheese.
4. Repeat layers.
5. Pour enough milk just to top of mixture.
6. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1½ hours.
7. Bake on a tray or plate as it may run over the sides.
