2 TB each soy sauce & dry sherry
1 pound beef (flank steak)
2 TB vegetable oil
12/16 snow peas, remove strings
6-8 sliced water chestnuts
3-4 sliced green onions
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 TB cornstarch in 2 TB cold water
almonds, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 TB each soy sauce & sherry in a small bowl. Slice steak against grain & marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. Heat oil in wok & stir-fry all veggies for 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan. Add steak & stir fry 4-5 minutes. Return veggies to pan, add rest of liquid & cook until thickened. Serve hot over cooked white rice.
