2 small or 1 large head of cabbage, shredded
1 small onion, sliced
1 small green bell pepper, sliced
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl or container, combine cabbage, onion and bell pepper; set aside.
Combine in a saucepan the oil, vinegar and sugar; bring to boil.
Pour hot liquid mixture over the cabbage; DO NOT Stir; let sit 1 hour.
After 1 hour, stir the cabbage mixture; refrigerate overnight.
Coleslaw will keep for several days.
