1 c brown sugar
3/4 c butter, softened
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder

Filling
1 c chopped pecans
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Combine 1st 4 ingredients, mix until creamy. Add flour and baking powder. Beat until well mixed. Shape into 1 1/4 balls. Place 2" apart. Make indentation with thumb
Combine filling ingredients. Fill each cookie with 1 tsp of filling.
Bake 8 - 12 minutes until lightly brown.
