6 eggs
3 cups sugar
2 tbsp vanilla
6 cups milk (use half & half or part cream and milk)
4 cups mashed ripe peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, mix with sugar and vanilla - add milk and cook until it is ready to start boiling. (can cook on med hi but stay with it and stir) Take off and let cool at room temperature, then add peaches and put in refrigerator until time to freeze. (at least 3 or 4 hours) or longer.

Takes 13 cups liquid to fill 5 quart freezer. 6 eggs, 3 cups sugar, 10 more cups milk or half and half. If 4 cups peaches or other fruit, will need 6 cups milk.
