1 c. brown sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the brown sugar and flour in a bowl, reserving two handfuls of the mixture. Spread the mixture in the bottom of an unbaked pie crust. Combine the half and half, whipping cream and vanilla extract. Add the reserved dry ingredients, mix well. Pour the mixture gently over the pie crust. Top with the melted butter and lightly sprinkle with the cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Let sit until cooled. Pie will thicken more as it sets.
