1 loaf soft crusted French bread or white bread
1 c. blueberries (can use frozen)
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. maple syrup
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. grated orange peel
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
10 eggs
1 c. half and half
1/2 c. melted butter

Directions:

Spray 9X13 pan. Cut bread into 1/2" cubes. Place half of loaf in bottom of pan. Cut cream cheese into small bites; distribute evenly over bread; sprinkle blueberries over cream cheese. Cover with remaining bread cubes. Beat eggs well, add all remaining ingredients and pour over bread cubes. Cover and chill overnight. Bake at 350 uncovered for 40-50 minutes until set. Garnish with fruit and/or powdered sugar; serve with maple syrup.
