"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Grease round pizza pan or a 9x13 is fine. Stir together hashbrowns and cheddar cheese soup. Press into pan. Bake for about 20-25 mins, or until hashbrowns start to brown a little. Meanwhile, cook ground beef, then add 3/4 can tomato sauce. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Spread remaining sauce over the hashbrown crust. Load ground beef onto hashbrown crust. Top with shredded cheese (you can use whichever flavor you like). Place back in oven until cheese completely melts (5-7 minutes).
