Olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1- 15 oz can cannellini beans (drained)
3 bunches of fresh escarole boiled and drained
2 oz bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cover the bottom of a large frying pan with olive oil and saute the garlic.
Add the cannellini beans and drained escarole.
Add the bread crumbs and sprinkle with the cheese, salt and pepper.
Stir, drain and serve.
