Lemon Cream Sauce


Ingredients:

one whole lemon rind, zested
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup cream
2 tablespoons white wine
2 tablespoons vegetable stock
1 tablespoon butterj

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter on low heat. Add lemon rind, sizzle for 1 minute. Add wine and stock; simmer for 1 minute. Add cream and salt. Bring to a boil and add lemon juice. Simmer for about 10 minutes to reduce the cream.
