8 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained, reserve juice
2 tsp. corn starch
1 T. oil
1 bell pepper, cut in strips
1 tsp. curry powder
8 oz. or approximately 3 c. snow peas, ends trimmed
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
2 tsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple; reserving juice.
Combine juice and cornstarch in a small bowl; stir to blend; set aside.
In bowl, mix the rest of ingredients (oil, bell pepper, curry powder, snow peas, green onions and soy sauce); pour pineapple juice mixture; stirring well.
Refrigerate.
