farfalle or thin spaghetti
fresh tomato sauce 8 oz.
fresh mozzarella 5 oz.
2 hot chilies (hot pepper flakes)
salt
olive oil
grated parmigiano
basil leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Place in the biender some chopped mozzarella, 3 small chilies (to taste), luke warm tomato sauce. Blen until smooth. Cook the farfalle al denta. Mix the sauce and pasta in a warm pan off the heat, adding 1 tablespoon grated parmigiano. Decorate with basil leaves and serve.
