Taco Pie Recipe

1 lb. hamburger
1 package taco seasoning
1 jar taco sauce (reserve 1/4 of jar)
1 medium onion
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 can pinto beans
1 deep dish pie shell
lettuce, chopped
tomato, chopped

Preheat oven to 350.

Bake pie shell in 350 oven, until lightly browned.
Brown hamburger and onions; drain; stir in seasoning.
Add the rest of ingredients, except lettuce and tomato.
Except for lettuce and tomato, layer ingredients in baked pie shell; top with grated cheese.
Bake in 350 oven for 15 minutes.
Mix together the chopped lettuce and tomato with the reserved taco sauce; pour on top of pie; serve.
