1 large can pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1 stick butter
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 c. sugar
3 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Place pineapple in a casserole dish.
Mix reserved pineapple juice, flour and sugar in a saucepan; heat until mixture becomes thick.
Pour mixture over pineapple.
Sprinkle cheese on top of pineapple.
Melt butter and add crumbled crackers; spread over the top of the casserole.
Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes.
