2 lbs. trout fillets
spray oil
salt
lemon pepper
paprika or cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Spray or brush the fillets lightly with oil; place fish fillets in baking dish, skin side down (if fillets still have skin on).
Sprinkle fillets with salt, lemon pepper and either paprika or cayenne pepper.
Bake in 350 oven, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minues or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

You can substitute Tilapia or Swai fillets for the trout.
