6 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 tsp. salt (scant)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 T. mayonnaise
5/8 tsp. vinegar
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the eggs; cut each egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mash them with a fork. Add the seasonings. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites, heaping up slightly. Sprinkle with paprika.
