2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. Wesson Oil
2 - 2 pack 2.5 oz tubs prunes
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Bake in tube pan.

In a bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
Add oil, prunes and eggs; mix well.
Stir in pecans.
Pour batter into tube pan.
Bake in 325º oven for 1 hour.
