1 can of bread crumbs
2 cans french bread loaf, in dairy case
1 pound crawfish bread
1 8 oz shreaded cheese
1 stick butter
chopped seasoning, green onions, parsley, garlic
Tony's seasoning to taste
LA Red Hot sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, saute vegetables in butter until tender, add crawfish, Tony's, Hot sauce and cook 10 min. Mixture will be juicy - add bread crumbs until mixture becomes sticky. Roll french loaf out until it is a square of dough. Spoon mixture across dough, top with cheese. Roll loaf up, tuck ends under and brush with butter. Sprinkle paprika and parsley flakes ontop. Bake 350 until golden brown
