1 cup (6 ounces) package semisweet chocolate morsels
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1. combine chocolate morsels and milk in a medium saucepan, place over low heat.
2. stirring until melted
3. Stir in sugar, heat until smooth.
