1 unbaked pie shell or (make your own using Steve's recipe)
3 large eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2-2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs slightly, then add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and milk. Beat well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Sprinkle the top of pie with freshly ground nutmeg and serve.
