Ingredients:  
1 Loaf Texas Toast (set aside)
4 Eggs
¼ C. Milk
1 tsp . Cinnamon
2 tsp. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix egg, milk,cinnamon and sugar together.
2. Dip slices of Texas toast in the mixture. Make sure both sides get covered.
3. Place on a hot griddle. Flip bread after 1-2 minutes or desired browness and cook on other side.
4. Remove from heat sprinkle with powdered sugar.
5. Serve with butter and syrup.
