Pulled Pork

1 Pork Roast or Loin
1 Can Root Beer
1 Medium Onion Sliced
Garlic/Pepper, Salt, Black Pepper (to taste, mix together)

1. Place 1/2 of onion slices in bottom of large crock pot, add half of your spice mixture.
2. Place Pork on top of onions, sprinkle with remaining spice mixture.
3. Pour a can of Root Beer over the meat.
4. Cook for 6-8 hours or until roast is fully cooked & ready to fall apart.
5. Cool meat enough to handle. Using forks shred meat, removing all fat.
6. Place back in crock pot adding a small amount of the broth cooked from the meat.
7. Serve hot with BBQ sauce.
Adjust cooking time according to size of roast used.
