4 lb. Potatoes
4-6 C. Flour
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil and pie potatoes.
2. Gradually add flour and egg.
3. Knead until smooth manageable dough is obtained. Add a little more flour if necessary.
4. Roll dough into long rope like strips about " thick. Cut into " pieces. Dip in flour.
5. Use prong of fork to make dented design on each piece.
6. Boil in 8 qts. of rapidly salted water for about 10 minutes or until they float.
7. Drain.
8. Place on large platter.
9. Serve with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese.
