½ c. margarine
1 c. sifted flour
¾ c. ready to use mincemeat
⅓ c. sugar
1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine and cream cheese until smooth and well blended.
Mix in flour and shape dough into a smooth ball.
Wrap in waxed paper or foil and chill one hour or until ready to use.
Roll dough out on lightly floured board to 1/8" thick; cut with a 3" round cookie cutter.
Place about 1 tsp. of mincemeat in the center of each round.
Fold dough over to form a semi-circle, press edges together.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375º about 15 minutes or until done.
Combine sugar and cinnamon.
Roll cookies in cinnamon mixture.
Cool on wire rack.
