1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. olive oil
4 cups chicken broth
3 cups cooked pumpkin, pureed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
chopped fresh parsley
dash pepper
1 cup evaporated milk or half and half cream

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender. Add broth, pumpkin, lemon juice, curry powder, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; Cover and simmer for 15 min. Stir in cream, heat through. Garnish with parsley.
